The Organization Overview helps your customer understand your carbon management maturity — including any reduction targets, footprint data, and progress achieved.
You can access it under Self-Assessment → Organization Overview.
What is the Organization Overview section?
This section asks overarching questions about your company’s:
carbon footprint
reduction targets
achieved reductions
(optional) CDP insights
Depending on your answers, additional follow-up questions may appear.
Do I need to answer every topic?
No, you only answer what you can.
If your organization cannot report on one of the topics (e.g., footprint, reduction targets), you can toggle off the question.
Your customer will still get value from partially completed information.
What if I don’t know my carbon footprint?
If you don’t yet have a calculated carbon footprint, you can:
indicate that you cannot report this information, or
calculate it using the free Carbon Accounting Module in supplier+s
This provides you with Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 upstream emissions.
What if my company operates in multiple countries?
You only need to disclose information for the countries your customer invited you for.
The system will automatically show which countries are included in your invitation.
Can I update this information later?
Yes, you can update the Organization Overview at any time.
Just remember to click Submit if you want your customer to receive the updated version.
