How do I register my supplier+s account?
Registration starts with an invitation from your customer.
Open the invitation email sent by your customer.
Click the unique invitation link.
Enter your details and create your account.
Check your inbox to confirm registration and set your password.
If you need further guidance, check out our guide for first-time users.
💡 Tip: You can forward the invitation email to the correct colleague. The invitation is linked to your company, not a specific person.
Is registration free?
Yes, registration is free. You can also use the Carbon Accounting module to calculate your company's carbon footprint.
If you want to invite your own suppliers, you can start a 4-month free trial with up to 10 supplier invitations. After the trial, supplier management may require a paid license. ctrl+s GmbH reserves the right to modify the trial conditions at any time.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
After registering, you should receive an email with a link to set up your password. If you don’t get this email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure the email you entered is correct.
If the issue persists, contact [email protected].
Why did my company receive multiple invitations for supplier+s?
This can happen if:
Multiple customers invited your company.
A customer sees your company as multiple entities.
Invitations were sent to different contacts or departments.
We recommend managing all invitations under one company account:
Register once using one of the invitation links.
For additional invitations, select Log in with existing account or accept them via the Customer Requests page in your account.
This allows you to answer the self-assessment only once and share it with multiple clients.

What if my company already has an account?
We recommend one shared company account if sustainability is managed centrally.
If you see a warning that an account already exists, your company may already be registered. Check internally to avoid duplicates. A Main User or Admin can add you via User Management.
How should subsidiaries register?
Register at the highest organizational level that manages sustainability.
Subsidiary with its own sustainability report → register independently
Subsidiary managed under parent company’s sustainability program → use the parent company account
