How do I register my supplier+s account?

Registration always begins with an invitation from your customer. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Open the invitation email sent by your customer.

  2. Click the unique invitation link.

  3. Enter your details and create your account.

  4. You will receive an email to set your password and confirm your registration.

💡 Tip: You can forward the invitation email to the correct colleague. The invitation is linked to your company, not a specific person.


Is registering an account free of cost?

Yes, registration is completely free. Besides the Self-Assessment, you may optionally also make use of our Carbon Accounting module to calculate your own carbon footprint.

If you want to invite your own suppliers, you can start a free 4-month trial with up to 10 supplier invitations. Additional supplier management after the trial may require a paid license. Please note that ctrl+s GmbH reserves the right to modify the trial conditions at any time.


Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?

After registering, you should receive an email with a link to set up your password. If you don’t get this email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure the email you entered is correct

  • If you are having any issues, please contact our support team: [email protected]


Why did my company receive multiple invitations for supplier+s?

This can happen if:

  • Multiple clients have invited you

  • One client sees your company as multiple entities

  • Invitations were sent to different departments or contacts

We recommend managing all invitations under one account:

  • Register once using the invitation link

  • For any additional invitations, click “Log in with existing account”, or accept them via Customer Requests

  • This allows you to answer the self-assessment only once and share it with multiple clients


What if my company already has an account — or has a complex structure?

If you see a warning that an account already exists this means that someone from your company (same email domain) may already have a registered account.

To best profit from the synergies the supplier+s platform offers, please contact your colleagues first to avoid creating duplicate accounts. If you manage sustainability globally, we recommend using one shared company account.

How should subsidiaries register?

Register at the highest organizational level that manages sustainability. Examples:

  • Subsidiary with its own sustainability report → register independently

  • Subsidiary managed under parent company’s sustainability program → use the parent company’s existing account
