I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

  1. Go to the login page: https://platform.supplier-s.io

  2. Click “Forgotten your password?”

  3. Enter the email address you used to register

  4. You’ll receive an email with a reset link (valid for 24 hours)

If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder.


I’ve forgotten my password, but I’m not receiving the reset email. What should I do?

There are several reasons why you may not be receiving the email to reset your password.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – The email might have been filtered there.

  2. Ensure you’ve registered an account – If you haven’t yet created an account on supplier+s, you won’t receive a reset email. Please register first.

  3. Still not receiving the email? – If you're sure you have a registered account and have checked your spam folder, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
