Managing access and user roles
By clicking on your name in the bottom left, you can access all settings and information about you and your organization. This article is about "User Management".
How can I add users?
First, click on your name and then the User Management at the bottom left of the page. Here you will find a list of all users who currently have access to the organization's supplier+s account.
Only the admin users can add and delete users. The role of each user is displayed in the User Management.
If you are an admin, here are the steps you need to take to add a user:
Click "Add User" in the top right of the page.
A pop-up will appear asking you to enter the new user's first name, last name, and email. Select the role for the user and click 'Add User' to successfully add the user.
The new user receives an email with a link to set up their personal password. Afterwards they can access the account.
How can I delete users?
First, click on your name and then the User Management at the bottom left of the page. Here you will find a list of all users who currently have access to the organization's supplier+s account.
Only the admin users can add and delete users. The role of each user is displayed in the User Management.
To delete a user, please click on the trash symbol on the right side of the user. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. After clicking 'confirm', the user will be deleted and will no longer have access to the account.
What are the user roles in supplier+s?
User: All users can update and submit the Self-Assessment requested by your client(s). They also all have the rights to edit the Carbon Accounting and the Supply Chain Management.
Admin have the same rights as users and can additionally add and remove users from the account.
The main contact is an admin user and the main user of the account. The main user is displayed as the contact person and receives reminders for the self-assessment. Only the main contact can make changes to the organization profile.
Can I export the list of users with access to the account?
All admin users for the supplier+s account can view the list of registered users. If you are an admin user, click on your name and then the User Management at the bottom left of the page.
Exporting this information from supplier+s is currently not possible.
