Watch our video on how to complete the self-assessment.

Is there a print/ download option to get a list of all relevant questions?

Yes, there is a download option for all questions. To download the questions, select the "Download questions as PDF" button at the bottom of the screen.

What is the timeline for responding?

Your client may have a clear deadline for your response - for example to be in time for their annual sustainability report. If there is no deadline in the invitation email sent to you, please contact your client directly. We do not expect the self-assessment to take more than one week to complete - even taking into account that you may need to seek internal feedback on some of the questions.

Can I pause the self-assessment to gather additional information?

Yes, you can pause the self-assessment at any time. All answers in the self-assessment are automatically saved when you move between screens or log out. To resume where you left off, simply log in again and navigate to the 'Self-Assessment' in the left menu bar. Please remember to always submit the updated self-assessment if you want to share new information with your client(s).

What if I don't know how to answer one of the questions?

If you have difficulty answering some of the questions, it may be useful to ask your colleagues who are also involved in these issues. You can also skip the question without answering. Please note that this will affect your transparency level and the performance score we give to your clients.

I do not want to answer a question, can I leave it out?

Yes, all questions are optional. However, please note that an incomplete self-assessment will affect your transparency level and the performance score we provide to your clients.

How can I make sure that my client receives my responses?

Your client will receive your answers as soon as you've submitted the self-assessment. Please ensure that you always click 'Submit' when you have completed the questionnaire and are ready to share your responses.
