Is registering an account free of cost?
Yes, registering an account on supplier+s is completely free. You can complete the self-assessment and use our carbon accounting module to calculate your supply chain emissions at no cost.
If you'd like to involve your own suppliers, we offer a free four-month supply chain management trial, allowing you to invite up to 10 suppliers to pilot the platform within your organization. After the trial period, further supplier management and invitations may incur a fee.
Please note that ctrl+s reserves the right to modify the trial conditions at any time.
Can I register with a different email address than the one I was invited with?
Yes, you can register with any email address. The invitation is not tied to a specific address, so you’re free to forward it to the appropriate person within your company.
Just make sure to use the custom invitation link provided in the invitation email when registering. This ensures your account is correctly linked to your client’s invitation.
Why haven't I received the email to confirm my account?
After registration, you will receive an email with a link to set up your password, confirming your account creation. If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder and verify that the email address you provided is correct. If you entered an incorrect email, please contact our support team.
Why did my company receive multiple invitations for supplier+s?
There may be various reasons for this:
Multiple clients may be interested in your insights and have invited you independently.
A single client may see your organization as multiple supplier entities, even if it is the same company from your perspective.
We recommend to manage all invitations within one account. After registering an account, you can accept additional invitations in your Customer Requests section or by clicking on an additional invitation link and selecting 'Login with existing account'.
Using the same company account to respond to client requests allows you to respond to all clients requests efficiently - answering every question only once and thus speeding up the process.

Why am I receiving a warning that my company already has an account?
The warning appears if someone with your company email domain has already registered an account on the supplier+s platform.
If you manage sustainability globally within your company, we highly recommend that you contact your colleagues who may have already registered an account for your company. This will ensure that you take advantage of synergies when responding to multiple requests from your clients.
Otherwise, you can keep your accounts separate by simply registering a new account.
My company has a complex structure and a client has invited me to register as a subsidiary of my parent organization. Which level of organization should I use for the registration?
Please register yourself as the parent company you belong to, choosing the highest level on which you are organized and/or manage sustainability.
For example, if company 1 and company 2 are both subsidiaries of company group 123, and company group 123 already has an account, then company 1 and company 2 should register under company group 123.
Company 1 has its own sustainability team, releases its own sustainability report, and has its own reduction targets. As a result, Company 1 should register independently as itself.
Company 2 does not have its own sustainability report; instead, it falls under the sustainability management of Company Group 123. Therefore, Company 2 should use the existing account of Company Group 123 to manage its invitations.
